Booking information
The prices quoted are in Euro and per apartment and day not including the visitor’s tax of € 4,- per person and night (no tax is charged for persons up to the end of the year in which they have the 15th birthday). The prices are for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights you have to pay a surcharge.
For the final cleaning of the apartments we charge a cleaning-fee of € 100,- for top 4, 5, 7 and 8, € 130,- as well as for top 1, 3, 6 and 9, which has to be paid once.

For each payment we request a deposit payable via credit card or bank transfer. Your reservation is only valid after we have received the down payment.

Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, you can check in at 4 p.m. At the day of departure, we beg you to vacate the apartment and the parking spaces by 9:30 a.m. If you intend to arrive after 7 p.m., please inform us via email or telephone about your intended time of arrival +43 5444 5185. Thank you.
If case of late arrivals or early departures, we have to charge the full price without discount.
We ask for your understanding that your booking is not transferable to other people. Sublease is not allowed.
Ski passes (VIP ski passes) | Hotel skipass service
The hotel ski pass service allows you to purchase the ski pass for the Silvretta Arena at the reception desk of the Davo Lais – of course, for the price of the Silvrettaseilbahn AG.

/ There is a 10% discount for online reservations. Equipment can be picked up the day before from 3:00 p.m. (BOOK ONLINE NOW)
/ THE BEST RENTAL LOCATIONS. The four rental stations are perfectly distributed: directly at the valley stations of the Silvrettabahn and Pardatschgratbahn cable cars and on the Idalp – supplemented by the test center.
/ MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY. At the Silvretta, Idalp, and Pardatsch locations, equipment can be exchanged, stored, returned, or handed in for servicing at any time.

SKI-/ BOOTS STORAGE (convenient & simple)
/ The Silvretta Sports depots are available at the valley stations of the Silvrettabahn A1, Pardatschgratbahn A2 and Fimbabahn A3 as well as directly at the exit of the A1 and A3 mountain stations.
/ The storage lockers are equipped with boot dryers for two pairs of ski or snowboard boots.
/ Each depot offer space for 2 pairs of skis or boards, 2 pairs of boots as well as helmets, poles and gloves.

Cancellation
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your booking is only valid once the reservation has been confirmed in writing and by a deposit. Cancellations are only accepted in written form and are only valid once we have reconfirmed them in writing.
The Party (Guest) may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
Less then 3 month before the agreed date of arrival the Party (Guest) may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
/ 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
/ 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
/ 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
/ In the event of no show or early departure, we will charge the entire booked arrangement price. If fewer than the booked number of people arrive, the full apartment price will be charged.
To ensure that your vacation is as stress-free as possible, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with the European travel insurance. (ETI)
The above cancellation policy applies to direct bookings via Appartement Davo Lais, our website or www.ischgl.com. For all other online booking channels, the respective cancellation conditions specified at the time of booking apply.
Otherwise the general Austrian terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply. The AGBH 2006 shall be subsidiary to agreements made on an individual basis. The place of jurisdiction is Landeck in Tyrol.
